Founded in 1980 by Daniel Veiga Dobrich, the firm provides full service professional accounting and auditing services to 260 public and private clients. The management team is lead by Daniel Veiga Dobrich (General Director) and consists of María del Carmen Pérez (Outsourcing and Off Shore Companies Department), Gabriela Puignau Otero (International Regulations on Financial Information), Adriana Graciano Vecino (Taxes) and María Beatriz Píriz (Auditing and Consultancy).
Daniel Veiga Dobrich has extensive public and private sector accounting experience. In 1980, he graduated in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of the Republic and was awarded a Certified Public Accountant - Business Administration Master Degree. Since qualifying, he has been advising key VD&A clients on tax, accounting and finance matters. Mr. Veiga has held auditor positions in both public and private corporations, and is particular renowned for his work with government bodies. As General Director of the Firm, he leads the VD&A team on a number of important national and cross-border client projects. He is a member of the Colegio de Contadores Economistas y Administradores del Uruguay (Association of Certified Public Accountants, Economists and Managers of Uruguay) and a member of the Instituto Uruguayo de Estudios Tributarios (Tax Studies Uruguayan Institute).
